President’s Message

As President, I am honored to lead Vikasganga Samajsevi Sanstha, a dedicated organization working to uplift vulnerable communities while safeguarding our natural resources, environment, and wildlife. With global challenges like climate change, floods, rising temperatures, water scarcity, and natural calamities, our mission has become more crucial than ever.

For the past 29 years, we have tirelessly pursued sustainable conservation and development for people, nature, and wildlife. Thanks to our collective efforts, we’ve made significant strides in soil and water conservation, livelihood improvement, livestock development, plantation and grassland development, child education, women’s empowerment, and the formation and promotion of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). To date, we have reached over 158,000 households and, in our commitment to biodiversity, have planted over 350,000 traditional and fruit trees.
